Is airsoft safe to play?
Yes. Safety has always been our top priority at Action Airsoft. Our staff focus on safety from the moment you walk in until you complete your last game session. Over 85,000 players have played with us since we opened. Every player completes a safety waiver and briefing before entering the field.
How many people are allowed on the field?
Currently, we allow 80 players at any one time. Our field can accommodate 120 players, but we have kept this number lower for more enhanced gameplay. This number may be subject to change based on the observation of gameplay flow, and we reserve the right to limit the numbers lower than 80 during certain events.
Does it hurt, and what should I expect?
Airsoft uses 6mm plastic BBs that are much lighter and gentler than paintballs. You'll feel a light snap, similar to a rubber band or bee sting when hit during gameplay. All players are required to wear approved eye protection, and we also suggest mouth and hand protection. If you don't have these, we've got you covered — we offer full-face mask rentals. This is not like paintball: long gone are the days of welts, ruined clothing, or the cost of constantly buying expensive paint. We do suggest you come in comfortable loose clothing (a hoodie or long-sleeve top and long pants) along with running shoes. Closed-toe shoes are required; open-toe shoes, sandals, and Croc-style shoes are not allowed.
How old do I need to be to play?
Our minimum age to play at Action Airsoft is 12 years old, due to insurance regulations and to keep everyone safe. For individuals under 18 years old, a parent or guardian must provide a signature for all rules and waivers.
What should I expect during an airsoft safety briefing?
Safety briefings cover eye protection requirements, shooting rules, boundary limits, and how to signal hits during gameplay. Staff-managed sessions at Action Airsoft emphasize clear instructions and rule enforcement to ensure fair play and injury prevention for all experience levels. Outside of providing the very best airsoft experience, safety remains our main priority for all our players.
Do you have HPA fill stations?
Action Airsoft is the only indoor field in Ontario offering dedicated 3,000 psi and 4,500 psi fill stations with unlimited refills while playing at Action Airsoft. Refill fees apply for those not playing at Action Airsoft.

Can airsoft guns be upgraded for better performance?
Yes — upgrades can improve accuracy, range, rate of fire, and durability through quality internal parts and tuning. Our Tech Department performs custom upgrades for competitive players looking to gain an edge while maintaining gear reliability and safety compliance.
